Lemons Farm

We are looking to offer our family home and attached self contained annex (see Airbnb-The Hide) while we are away in holiday. Lemons Farm is a 16th Century thatched farmhouse nestled in the lovely village of Atherington with a church, tennis court and playground. We are offering full use of the house and grounds consisting of 5 bedrooms with a large living space and garden together with a attached self contained annex, The Hide (full details on the separate listing), which sleeps 2. The space Lemons Farm is our family home which we will open up fully to our guests. The house can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. There is a large kitchen with Aga and farmhouse table, a large living room with smart TV, large sofa and log burner. There is a further snug with large smart TV, log burner and sofa, with a separate staircase up to the master bedroom. There is also a playroom, utility room and downstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs there is a master king size bedroom, a further double, a room with a double sofa bed and two children's rooms (both with single mid-sleeper beds). There is also a bathroom with shower. There is also a separate annex which we normally rent out on Airbnb (The Hide) which adjoins the property but has separate access and is self contained. The beautiful beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are around 30 minutes away and our nearest towns are Barnstaple, South Molton and Torrington, all around 15 minutes from us. Atherington village has a church and children's playing field with bike track, swings and climbing frame etc. We have some lovely pubs nearby and many walking and cycling routes, such as Exmoor and the Tarka Trail. Guest access Guests will have full use of the large garden which has two lawns, a stream with waterfall, kitchen garden, patio seating area, deck, hot tub, children's swings, trampoline and mud kitchen.
