Direct ocean front. NO STAIRS. Spacious living room with 2 bedrooms. Dog Friendly. The space Our ground floor, ocean front condo is a little jewel that is also dog friendly. Tile floors through out, sofa covers changed out between rentals, insures freshness and comfort for people and doggies. Private patio fencing to allow you and your pet to sit out doors your own contained area. This opens to a large common deck with shoer and hose to rinse you and your pet. Inside is a living room with sofa, love seat and a dining table that seats 4. The smaller bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has a king bed. Kitchen is fully equipped and bathroom is standard with a tub/shower combo. There is one parking space. We must know if you plan on bringing a dog, the dogs age and breed before we approve the dog on our property. Please give us this information when you inquire. Guest access Entire condo at your use. Private fenced patio to your condo. Common deck outside your privacy fence, One parking space only. Ask if you have a second car and we can help with other options off premise. Shower and hose on deck for rising off. Laundry room under concrete stairs (On right facing the building from parking lot) Washer and dryer free but do not leave clothes in longer than the cycle. Other things to note DOG RESTRICTIONS AND GUIDELINES OUR SMALL ocean front property consist of 9 units. Each condo is dog friendly. We have maintained our dog friendly status by monitoring the amount of dogs in the building and the breeds we accept. This means we have 9 dogs most everyday on premises. We limit the amount of dogs in each unit to 2 dogs. Two small dogs, under 20 pounds are allowed most all times providing the total number in the building does not exceed 12. We limit 2 large dogs to September14 thru May 14 depending on how many large dogs and over all dogs are in the building at that time. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from May 15-September 15 between the hours of 9am-5pm. Acceptable dogs must be at least one year old. We restrict certain breeds due to their defense abilities, ie power dogs, muscle dogs, guard dogs. We understand these dogs are well behaved, gentle, clean and your love, however, they were bred to defend and are very efficient at this task. All dogs will defend their masters, even tiny ones. If a small dog charges a powerful breed, the strong dog will settle the disagreement with major injury to the other dog. Our approach to hosting all sized dogs has worked for our building for 30 years. It takes major coordination on our part to offer the safest yet inclusive vacation for you and your dog. Breeds we cannot host but not limited to, there may be others, just ask about your breed: Pitt Bull Rottweiler German Shepard Doberman Chow Chow Cane Corso Siberian Husky Staffordshire Terrier Mastiff Alaskam Malamute Powerful, Muscle dogs used for guarding Any dog with an attack record. Any dog under 1 year of age. SMSALL DOGS ARE DOGS UNDER 16 INCH AT SHOULDER Mid size dogs do not count as small dogs. Shoulder height 16-25 inch, weight 20-60 pounds. These are Spaniels, Australian Shepards, Cattle dogs, Bull Dog, Beagle etc. THEY COUNT AS LARGE DOGS All dogs on 6 ft or less leash while on our property or in owners arm. Harness should be used.
