Restaurants, supermarkets, and tourist attractions within walking distance are waiting for you. The space The Apartment has a wide open-concept layout and a small balcony. Equipped with a Queen Size bed, a Single bed and a bed convertible couch, smart TV, Wi-Fi, compact kitchen (Frigobar, cooktop, coffee maker, basic kitchenware), dining table, hot and cold air conditioning. Are you coming for work purposes? This place is practical, grab a snack in an excellent supermarket one block away, and enjoy working from home or at the shared space on ground level. Are you visiting? The Tour Bus Stop is just at the corner and will take you to a selection of historical spots and parks. At a short distance, you will find internationally recognized museums, historic public buildings, malls, restaurants and other attractions that will make you extend your stay! Other things to note We don't have parking, and many residents park in front of the Building. On workhours, the parking is time limited and paid, at the perpendicular street you will find free spots at no fee.
