Please do not book and walk in front of my neighbors home to smoke. We are simply not a good fit for smokers. You will be asked to leave immediately if you smoke or have visitors. Excellent wi-fi We have heat & a/c. However, there are no main controls in the room. If you would like the temperature adjusted, please send me a message .Note that there is a small heater in the bathroom that you can control yourself. FREE street PARKING is not always super easy. This is a residential neighborhood. There are free spots however, youmay have to walk a block or so. EARLY CHECK IN - let me know if you would like me to send you a message if the cleaning service finishes before 4pm. We do not have a place to store luggage prior to arrival or after your departure. Supplies Provided Keurig coffee pot, coffee, cream & sugar. Paper plates and silverware. A microwave & small refrigerator so you can re-heat a meal or keep beverages cold. Hair dryer iron, ironing board, hand soap, shampoo& conditioner, linens and towels. PLEASE HAVE A GOVERNMENT ID AND CURRENT PIC ( of your face) ON YOUR PROFILE WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION. You must be 21 years old. Our charming little space is located in a traditional Chicago Multi Unit brick building in the Pilsen Neighborhood of Chicago. The window is directly on top of the building next to us. So it’s not able to be opened and it does not provide light. However, it’s great for sleeping! And there are plenty of lights in the room.
