Within a walking distance to the Koltsovo shopping center, the embankment of Lake Kaban, Bauman Street and other attractions of the city. We will be happy to meet our future guests! The space We are very attentive to our guests, so you can be sure that the apartment was cleaned, linen and towels were changed before your check-in. Guests have access to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need: a pot, a pan, dishes, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge. We also provide an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, tea, and sugar for the use of the tenants. Guest access A parking space on the premises for 1 car. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. The apartment is not rented to noisy groups, as well as for parties! We respect not only our guests, but also our neighbors. Kazan has a law on the observance of peace and quiet at night: Weekdays: 10pm to 6am Weekends: 10pm to 9am The fine for non-compliance with the law is 2000 rubles. For smoking in the apartment/on the balcony, the fine is 2,000 rubles. Smoking guests will have to go outside. Attention! If you check in for 1 night after 9 pm, there is an additional fee of 300 rubles. The rule does not apply for check-in for two nights or more.
