Whether you need a home base for your visit to Miami University or a quiet place to relax after a night uptown, this quintessential grad pad is your answer. 5 minutes from MU, Uptown, Lane Library, and Kroger, & a block from the Chestnut lot (where shuttles pick up). Plenty of parking and a fenced-in yard, so dogs are more than welcome! I list for days my dog and I are out of town; the place will be all yours! The space This is a completely *private* home in a duplex (one home that has been split in two). My unit has private entry, a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and a back door with access to the fenced-in backyard. The backyard is the only shared space. The neighbor in the next-door unit is a long-time Oxford resident. Two house rules: no parties, and no fires. If you plan to bring a large dog, please let me know the age and breed at booking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and dining room). There is also a fenced-in back yard. Other things to note I love helping people plan their visit to Oxford/Miami.
