Townhouse in Bern

Welcome to our amazing 5 bedroom house on 3 floors. Beautiful backyard in a courtyard with a nice Pergola. Fully equipped, quiet but centrall location in Bern city. Walking distance to the main train station and old town. It's the perfect place for couples and families. The house is 120 years old, but well taken care of. It was originally built for the workers of the first Toblerone factory that used to be in the neighborhood (the factory building is now part of the University of Bern). The space The House is our home we rent it out during our vacation. That means you'll be staying in tidy and clean rooms, but it will be noticeable that some of the rooms are kids rooms and that it's a home not a anonymous hotel with professional service. There are books and other things around that you can use, we just ask you to be careful and treat our stuff as your own. Guest access To minimize cleaning and washing we reserve the right to lock rooms if they are not needed. This means for example that for a booking of 4 people we would provide beds and rooms accordingly and lock one of the 5 bedrooms. Please let us know in advance if you need more space. In the basement there you find a washer and lines to hang up your laundry you are welcome to use. But this is not part of the listing, since sometimes it won't be perfectly tidy down there (it's not that bad, but just to avoid wrong expectations). Other things to note Non smoking property. Please note that the visitor's tax is not yet included in the price.
