The entire house consists of one mass with three facades surrounded by open gardens area. Thus, Monroe Ville is undoubtedly well-ventilated and has the definite unification of inside and outside area merging into one singularity. The space Location & Spatial Monroe Ville located in an extension of urban expansion of Bandung city where daily life and activities of its inhabitants form a typical urban life as usual, but with a touch of peacefulness and mindfulness during the night. It is 5,8 km from Pasteur Toll Gate, 5,8 km from Paris Van Java (PVJ) mall, 5 km from Rumah Mode Factory Outlet, 6,8 km from Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk) Mall, and roughly 11 km from Lembang city centre where you can find popular and iconic tourist & culinary attractions to help you enjoy your quality times with your loved ones, whether it’s your family, friends, or both. Monroe Ville is 127 metre square building inside of 129 metre square land area. Monroe was inspired by the compact architecture solution without compromising the spatial interaction generated out of human and its buildings. Monroe only consists of one big architectural mass surrounded by open space and gardens with three different façades. Monroe has three rooms: Dougherty, DiMaggio, and Miller, each room has their own character and soul to help its inhabitants rest better. 1st Floor Configuration/Layout: Carport, Main Entrance, Side Entrances, Living Room, TV/Family Room + Dining Room, Kitchen Area, 1 Bathroom, Surrounding Gardens and Open Outdoor Areas, Warehouse. 2nd Floor Configuration/Layout: 3 Bedrooms (001 “Dougherty”, 002 “DiMaggio”, 003 “Miller”), An Aisle in between the Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom. Amenities & Features 001 Bedroom “Dougherty Room” – One Queen Size Bed (160 x 200 cm), 50” Smart TV, Air Conditioner (AC), Credenza, Working/Dressing Table, Wardrobe, Side Table, and Standing Lamp. 002 Bedroom “DiMaggio Room” – One Double Size Bed (140 x 200 cm), 32” Smart TV, Air Conditioner (AC), Working/Dressing Table, Wardrobe, and Side Table. 003 Bedroom “Miller Room” – One Double Size Bed (140 x 200 cm), 32” Smart TV, Air Conditioner (AC), Working/Dressing Table, Wardrobe, and Side Table. Carport/Garage – For One Car only, if more than one, you can park in front of The Premises and/or the Park across Coney Ville, it’s quite safe and we will provide you with steer wheel lock. Strong WIFI available across The Premises The Entire House is ideally for 6 to max 10 persons (two extra beds and two sofa beds needed with extra cost per extra bed and sofa beds, ask doorman for more information), and each bedroom is designed comfortably for maximum of two persons. More than two persons per room is not recommended since it is far less comfortable and diminishing your staycation experience. Photoshoot using Professional Photographer and/or Equipment for and not limited to Pre-Wedding, Commercial Product Photoshoot, and Maternity/Family themed Professional Photoshoot will be charged extra. The price and the rule for Photoshoot package can be accessed in our IG @coneyandmonroe Guest access You have access and permission on all area of the house except for warehouse and doorman/housekeeping room. Other things to note Airbnb is not a hotel, it is part of the new era of sharing economy business model, and thus the rules and facilities are somewhat different than it is at hotels. We hope you can keep the noise at minimum during the night if possible (from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM). Monroe Ville did not have any direct neighbours at the moment but we hope that you can always be mindful about the surroundings to be compassion for other. Televisions, Music, Voices, or Other Noise related things to do must be kept at a respectful level. Doors should be opened and closed softly and quietly. As I am a civilized, educated, and religious person, I condemn adultery and other disrespectful activities outside of Marriage inside my Premises. I also do not allow guests to invite other people to stay the night inside of my premises – aside from the declared ones out of the Booking. Check-in Window: 15:00 – 23:00 WIB (3 – 11 PM) If you’re planning to check in after 11 PM, you have to tell us at least 12 hours before arrival to do so. Any type of illegal activities and things (such as: possession of narcotics, etc.) you do inside of The Premises is solely your own fault and responsibility, and thus you will release us from any potential lawsuit or allegations in the future from you or any other parties regarding your own actions.
