Dogliola, an historic town located in the hinterland of Vasto. Perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful place in the middle of nature and history. The flat is provided with a double room on the ground floor, a sofa on the first floor, one bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious terrace solarium where you can have lunch and dinner surrounded by the breathtaking view of the nearby mountains.The apartment is 20 minutes away from the sea and 15 minutes away from the exit of the A14 highway. The space The apartment is developed on 2 levels. On the first level there is a bedroom with a French bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a corridor. On the second level we have an open space where there is the kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher, the living room where there is a sofa bed for 2 prs, and a large solarium terrace with a spectacular view.The apartment is located in a building where there is a second apartment. The space at the entrance that separates the doors of the 2 independent apartments is shared. Guest access The property is located in the center of a historic village on a hill. Inside the village there are an bakery and a pastry shop, but for the restaurants you have to take the car and move to Palmoli which is 5 km away. Supermarkets, the sea and all kinds of services are 15 minutes away by car. The car can be safely parked in the town square 100 meters from the apartement. Other things to note 1. The air conditioning unit is located on the upper floor and is ideal for cooling and heating the entire apartment. 2. Bed linen and towels are provided (only large towels, not small hand towels). 3. The stairs leading to the upper floor are steep. 4. Food and beverages are not provided in the accommodation. 5. Welcome kits, toilet paper, paper towels (Scottex), etc. are provided as a complimentary welcome gift at check-in. They will not be replenished during the stay. 6. Following confirmation of the reservation, the guest will be required to provide valid identification documents/passports for every person included in the reservation, in accordance with the requirements of Italian law concerning public security (ref. paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 109 of the Italian Consolidated Law on Public Security – T.U.L.P.S. – and Articles 1 and 2 of Ministerial Decree of 7 January 2013). 7.
