Welcome to apartment 201 in the Bem Viver Frei Caneca condominium! A 35 m² apartment on the 2nd floor with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. It has a well-equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi. Rua Frei Caneca, nº 351 - Consolação, São Paulo/SP The space Items in the apartment: • Wi-Fi; • Smart TV in the living room (basic cable package); • Table fans (one in each room); • Stove; • Microwave; • Blender; • Water filter jug; • Hair dryer; • Iron and ironing board. *There may be changes to the decor and/or layout of the apartments. Other things to note • You need to send a copy of all guests' IDs, preferably at least 24 hours before check-in. This will allow you to enter the building; • No parking space available; • Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance; • Depending on the availability of the property, for a charge, we can make check-in and check-out times more flexible.
