Ocean Grove Family Home

A beautiful and spacious family home located centrally in Ocean Grove. A 5 minute walk to the shops and a 10 minute walk down to the main beach. A perfect space for family beach holidays! The space The property is enclosed with a large front and backyard and onsite parking. You will have access to the entire property for yourself except the garage and shed. The main house features 3 spacious bedrooms with an ensuite attached to the master bedroom. There is an additional bathroom in the house with a shower and bath. Thre is also a newly renovated bungalow in the backyard with an ensuite, kitchenet and patio. There is an outside shower to enjoy post beach swims and surf. We will leave out some boogie boards for you to take to the beach and enjoy! There is an open plan living and dining space for you to enjoy. Smart Tv with access to Netflix and YouTube. Puzzles and games for the whole family to enjoy. There is a large oven and 5 burner stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Off the kitchen there is a laundry with sink and washing machine. The backyard has a patio, dining area, BBQ and a hammock to enjoy those beautiful summer days! There is plenty of space for kids to run around and play. Please enjoy our veggie garden too! Other things to note Please note we have three chickens down the back Spike, Chomper and Bronte. You are most welcome to let them out and enjoy their fresh eggs daily. Depending on the length of your stay we may need to pre arrange someone to pop in and top up their food and water. Please note we are also still purchasing the bunk beds.
