This cozy and welcoming older home sits in the heart of Indian River, just a short walk to DeVoe Beach, downtown shops, and local dining. Enjoy nearby walking, biking, and snowmobile trails, plus four ski resorts within a 30 minute drive. When you’re not out exploring, relax at this cottage core retreat with games, a campfire, and plenty of space to unwind. The space 🚗 Parking Parking is available for 4 to 5 average-sized vehicles in the driveway. Space may be more limited if you have trailers. The garage is not available for guest use. Street parking is not permitted. Between November and April, overflow parking may be available at Marina Park if needed. Guest access 🏡 Guest Access Guests have full access to the home and grounds during their stay. Nothing is shared, so you’ll have the space entirely to yourselves. The garage is available for use and enjoyment, but not for parking vehicles. There are also a couple of locked owner closets. One of the best parts of this location is how walkable it is. You’re just a short stroll to many downtown favorites like the Dairy Barn for ice cream, Marina Park, the playground and pavilion, the Summer Store, local restaurants and bars, and even the library. The property also offers a spacious backyard for being right in town, giving you plenty of room to relax and enjoy your time up north. Other things to note ✨ TV & Streaming The TV does not have cable, but it does have an HD antenna for local channels. It is also a smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and more. You are welcome to log into your own accounts during your stay. Just don’t forget to log out before checkout 😊 ✨ Starter Supplies The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathrooms are provided with towels. We also leave a starter supply of dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you going. For longer stays, you may want to bring additional supplies. ✨ Air Conditioning There are two A/C units located on the upper level. The downstairs typically stays much cooler, and we have fans available on the main level for added comfort. ✨ Bathrooms The home has two full bathrooms on the main level and a half bath on the upper level. ✨ Water Usage The home runs on a private well, which is very common up north. It works great, but like most well systems, it does best when water use is spaced out a bit. If everything is running at once, it may need a little time to catch back up. Spacing out showers, laundry, and dishes will help keep everything flowing smoothly during your stay 😊 🏠 A Little Heads Up About the Home This is an older home with its own unique charm and a few quirks along the way.
