The apartment is located on the ground floor and completely renovated in 2023, in a Scandinavian modern style with beautiful wooden 'fishtail' floor. You will enter the apartment via its own front door, entering the hallway with a wardrobe. Connected to the hall there is a bedroom, separate toilet and spacious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. It also leads you to the master bedroom, connected to the study and baby room (including cot and changing mat) with sight over the garden. On the other side next to the hall you will find the comfortable living room with a comfy sofa and television area. The open design kitchen and dinner room is connected next to the living room including a piano. From there you can enter the garden. The garden (100m2) is perfect for a morning coffee, sunny lunch, barbeque, or a game of pingpong or football. As the garden is located at the back of the house, it is a very quiet and safe environment. Guest access The apartment is located very close to the Amstel river. It is only a short bike ride to the famous 'Pijp' (5min) with tons of bars and restaurants. The museum district with the van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum (with Rembrandts night watch) and Stedelijk museum (contemporary art) is only 10min away. But also the city center can be reached by a nice bike ride along the Amstel (15min). Tram, bus and Amstel train station are all within 5 min walking from the apartment. There is a lot of public parking space available in our street. Parking fees are in effect from 9.00-23.59, free parking on Sundays.
