Hello, Fellow Traveler! Small, but mighty! This unique guest suite, located on the first floor of a modern three-story home, is perfect for short or extended stays. Enjoy all the essentials in a cozy space just steps away from some of Indy’s best neighborhood spots—restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries, and breweries! Plus, a quick stroll or bike ride down the iconic Monon Trail will take you to the vibrant Mass Ave dining and entertainment district! The space Fully stocked and thoughtfully designed, this 160-square-foot guest suite offers the comfort of a small hotel room with the privacy of your own entrance. Enjoy a cozy king-size bed, TV, WiFi, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, closet, and private bathroom. While there’s no full kitchen, all the essentials are here! Laundry access is available upon request (located on the third floor, with coordination). Free on-street parking is also available right in front of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the first floor, private guest suite of the house with private entrance, bedroom, and bathroom. The rest of the house will be closed off to guests as it is our private home. Please note that also on the first floor, outside of the guest suite doors, are the garage and main entrances to the private house. You may occasionally hear us coming, going, or taking our dogs outside. Other things to note We are pleased to offer our guests NO CLEANING FEES! We believe that a clean and comfortable room should be standard for all hospitality businesses - hotels or Airbnb’s! We promise to provide a clean space for you at no extra cost.
