All bedrooms and one bath are on the entry level along with a washer and dryer. One room offers a queen Tempurpedic bed with partial ocean views, the second room offers a full over full bunk bed and walk in closet. Going up one more floor is the main living space with an open floor plan, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining area with a gas fireplace, and another full bathroom. Guest access Guest has full access to the home. Parking for two vehicles, one under carport and another in driveway. Must check in and out through Cheshire Rio Office, located one minute away from property. Other things to note The owner of this property is highly allergic to pets, please do not bring any pets onto this property. We supply a starter pack of supplies including; 3 toilet paper rolls per bath, a couple paper towel rolls, dish soap and pods, sponge, and cleaning supplies. Please bring your own toiletries as we are trying to cut down on high touch and multiple use items between guest. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties. Violation of the pet rules may result in forfeiture of your deposit. WIFI, CABLE, PGE RECEPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED BY CHESHIRE RIO REALTY. Refunds are not normally given if these services are interrupted during your stay by the service provider.
