☀️ Historic Downtown Sanford Sunshine Cottage!

Centrally located between theme parks and beaches! You feel like you aren't in the city when staying at The Sanford Sunshine Cottage. Surrounded by towering oak trees, in a quiet neighborhood, it is a great place to relax and have a good nights rest. Great award wining breweries and restaurants are just minutes away from the house. Stroll down first street and shop at some local, unique independently owned shops. *Home is cleaned with EPA approved cleaners, including high touch surfaces.* The space The front deck is very spacious with a table and chairs and hammock to relax in. Surrounded by large trees, you feel like you are camping in the city! The living space is one large great room with a beautiful farmhouse table that can fit 10 people comfortably. There is a home theater set up with a 60" curved 4K smart TV, Live TV, Netflix, Disney+ and a collection of DVD movies are available for you to use. There’s a music nook with a piano, guitar, record player and records. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, plenty of pots and pans. The Rose Room: The master bedroom has a king size sleep number bed. French doors lead from the bedroom onto a large screened in porch. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bathtub and walk in shower. The Dogwood Room: The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and a pull out, full size trundle bed. The Tulip Room: The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and a desk. Guest access The entire main portion of the house is private. There is a guest suite attached to the house, located at the top of the outside stairs that lead to the upper deck. This room is a separate Airbnb rental. This guest suite has its own entrance and does not have a direct entrance into the main house. *** A Nest surveillance camera is mounted outside at the front door *** Other things to note Special events are allowed on a case by case basis, and requires renting the entire property, the house with the guest suite, plus an additional event fee. Message me with your requests, I will be happy to accommodate if I can! ********* Parties are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. I strictly enforce the no party policy. If an unauthorized party or event occurs, it will result in losing your security deposit, and your reservation being canceled with no refund. ********** Pets are allowed only when booking the entire property (Main house and suite) ************ I have a digital house manual you can access here on the Airbnb site, and a printed manual on the kitchen counter. In the house manual binder, there is also a collection of menus and flyers for local downtown restaurants and shops, along with everything you need to know about the home like where the iron and ironing board is, extra linens, etc.
