Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Great cabin built in 2016 with 4 bedrooms, fiber internet, dishwasher and washing machine. Great view of Spåtind directly from the living room window/terraces. The space Graneistølen is part of the cabin area Gamlestølen in Etnedal, and is conveniently located about 3 hours from Oslo, 1 hour from Lillehammer and 2 hours from Hamar. The cabin area consists of about 220 cabins, with Fjellstogo as a meeting point for cabin guests if they want a snack/something to drink, or want to go slalom/snowboarding in the alpine resort. The cabin is located at 975 meters altitude, right at the tree line of the area. In winter, it is a snow-proof place, where a little later in the winter about 300 km of prepared trails are offered both in forest terrain and up on the snowy mountain. In summer there are many great hiking opportunities in the mountains, with fishing waters and the opportunity to explore what Langsua National Park has to offer. For those interested in hunting, the place is a good starting point for those who hunt small game. Guest access Upon arrival, there is parking for 3 cars right outside the cabin, with the possibility to charge an electric car with an external charging socket (10A, with ground fault protection). For access to the ski trail network, it is about 100 meters to the nearest access trail to the hiking area. There are several nice summer trails to Spåtind, Jomfruslettefjell and inwards towards Langsua National Park. Other things to note The cabin is of the type Family cabin, type Varden plus. This is a cabin with good use of space, with a floor area of 97 sqm on the ground floor, and with a loft of 33 sqm in addition. On the main floor you will find a master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a family bed (2+1), a clothes and shoe room, a spacious entrance, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a sauna/shower/toilet/washing machine and a spacious living room/kitchen area of about 40 sqm. There are heating cables in the outer hallway, clothes/shoe storage and in the main bathroom. Heating is also provided with panel stoves, and in the living room there is a fireplace. On the loft there are 2 bedrooms where each bedroom has 2 single beds each. In one room the beds can be put together to form a double bed, and there is also room for an extra cot. The loft also contains a TV/media room where there is a 50" TV with Altibox decoder, Nintendo PS4 game console and Apple TV available. There are also plenty of board games, books and comics available for guests. If you have to work a little from the cabin, there is a folding table, 27" computer screen, HDMI cable, mouse and keyboard available in one of the loft rooms that can be used during your stay.
