New accommodation located just above a doctor's office and fully air-conditioned. - free parking and right next to the apartment - very quiet place located directly across from the forest - located 4 minutes from 240 shops, cinema, bowling alley, highway and train station. We had abuses when it comes to electricity. We decided not to increase our rates but we opted for an EDF Tempo contract (See the "other information to note" section in our listing) The space You have an entire apartment with fitted kitchen + video library with over 200 movies + hydromassage shower + two air conditioners Guest access You have access to your apartment via a small staircase Other things to note The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. As we mentioned in the header of the ad, we had some abuse regarding electricity (up to 23 euros for a day). We decided not to increase our rates but we opted for an EDF Tempo contract: - 22 red days from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. (4 times more expensive than normal) - 43 white days (-10% cheaper) - 300 blue days (-20% cheaper) We will ask you for a small gesture of attention on the 22 red days (chosen by EDF depending on the weather between December 1 and March 1). The air conditioning will be replaced on an exceptional basis by an equally efficient oil-fired space heater. If it was also possible to do your laundry after 10 p.m. for these red days.
