The property has phenomenal, world class rooftop amenities with amazing ocean view. Large infinity pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and rooftop gym with a view! The space Studio with King size bed, 50 inch LG TV, TV stand, sofa, coffee table, dining table and two stools, and a wall mount mini bar with beer and wine glasses and shots. The kitchen is small, comes with a full size fridge, and microwave, two cooktop electric stove, full utensils for simple cooking. Have your morning coffee on the patio while lounging Oh on the chairs and looking at the morning commuters to Quinta Avenida. Wifi is high speed and 80 Totalplay TV channels are included with the TV. We just added a desk, perfect for a work from home setting and extended stay. The building also has wifi on the rooftop and in the lobby. Guest access You will be required to send us copies of your photo ID to be registered as our guests with the building security. Other things to note Please remember: this is NOT a hotel! This is our home we are renting to guests as vacation rental Please treat it as if it's your own home. If you need guest service, room service, towel service etc. you should get a hotel room. If you need a great priced property with basic cooking and kitchen amenities and great rooftop pool and view, our apartment is for you. We are right on Quinta Avenida. This is a busy part of town with great night life and activities. If you need perfect silence to sleep ours is not a suitable neighborhood. If you need a place close to everything, our property is a great option.
