Our apartments have 1 bedroom (not a studio) with a private double bedroom, living room and American kitchen with internal barbecue, accommodating a maximum of 4 people. The parking is rotating, the pool is shared with other guests and available from December to February, ceiling fans, furniture and kitchen utensils to serve up to 4 people and with great solar position and shade on the south front, receiving all the sea breeze coming from the east... The space Our structure has a host house and 10 semi-detached 1-bedroom apartments distributed over 2 floors (apartments 1 to 5 on the ground floor and apartments 6 to 10 on the 1st floor) with a great solar position, shaded on the south front and receiving all the breeze from the east side of the sea... two blocks from the edge of the Mampituba River, SC and 5 minutes from downtown and the beaches of Torres for you to enjoy the most beautiful beach in RS, the beaches of Passo de Torres, SC and with all the shopping facilities with supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, gas stations, etc., very close... Guest access With the apartment reservation, the guest will have access to the property: - Rotating parking space for 1 vehicle per apartment in the parking lot. -Use of the community pool from December 15 to March 1 - Outdoor clothesline on the property. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND RULES: We do not provide any kind of bedding, bath towels, beach chair and any other personal and individual utensil and you cannot forget this. - We do not provide any kind of food. - We do not accept pets. - Guest visits on the property are not allowed. - Our property has external camera monitoring throughout the courtyard so that everyone is safe while staying with us. - We don't have any kind of camera monitoring inside the apartments. - PORTAL DO PASSO APARTMENT RULES, PASSO DE TORRES, SC: 1- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: A) CHECK-IN IS FROM 2 P.M. TO 10 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 11 A.M. CHECK-IN BEFORE OR CHECK-OUT AFTER THESE TIMES MUST BE CHECKED IN ADVANCE WITH THE OWNERS AND WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY. B) BEFORE REQUESTING TO CHECK OUT OF THE APARTMENT, DISHES, POTS, SKEWERS AND KITCHEN UTENSILS MUST BE CLEANED, STORED AND THE SINK DRY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO LEAVE THEM DIRTY, A FEE OF R$30.00 WILL BE CHARGED 2 - QUIET HOURS: FROM 10 P.M. UNTIL 7 A.M. 3 - LIGHTS, FANS, TAPS, FISH AND SEAFOOD: A) WHEN LEAVING THE APARTMENT, TURN OFF THE INTERNAL LIGHTS, FANS, CLOSE TAPS, DO NOT LEAVE CELL PHONE CHARGERS IN THE SOCKETS, TURN OFF STOVE BURNERS AND OVEN. B) IT IS EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN TO CLEAN FISH OR ANY SEAFOOD INSIDE THE APARTMENT. IF NECESSARY, WE HAVE A SUITABLE PLACE NEXT TO THE GARBAGE CANS FOR CLEANING FISH AND SEAFOOD; 4 - SMOKING AND GARBAGE: A) SMOKING IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE APARTMENTS. (SMOKING ALLOWED ONLY IN THE COURTYARD AND ASK THE HOSTS FOR ASHTRAYS) B) DISPOSING THE TRASH DAILY BY CLASS AS INDICATED IN THE TRASH BINS. RED - (all PET bottles, glass, plastic, beer cans, soda, deodorants, etc.) BLACK - (general packaging, plastic and paper bags, toilet paper) BROWN - (food scraps, fruits, vegetables, greens) 5 - SWIMMING POOL: (OPEN FROM DECEMBER 15 TO FEBRUARY 28) OPENING HOURS ARE FROM 10 AM TO 8 PM. THE POOL IS 1.40 METERS DEEP AND IS FOR ADULT USE ONLY. THERE ARE NO PROTECTIVE GUARDS. CHILDREN UNDER 1.4 METERS IN HEIGHT MAY USE THE POOL ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY PARENTS OR ADULT GUARDIANS. A) IT IS MANDATORY TO TAKE A SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL AND IT IS EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN TO ENTER THE WATER WITH SUNSCREEN AND IT IS FORBIDDEN TO JUMP, LEAP AND DIVE FROM THE EDGE AND TO HOLD SWIMMING COMPETITIONS. 6 - KITCHEN UTENSILS AND FURNITURE: A) THE CONDITION OF THE SAME MUST BE CHECKED AT CHECK-IN AND IF YOU FIND ANYTHING DAMAGED, PLEASE INFORM THE HOSTS. B) UTENSILS FOR OCCASIONAL USE SUCH AS: PRESSURE COOKER, SANDWICH MAKER, BLENDER, ASK THE HOSTS AND RETURN AFTER USE. 7 - PARKING: EACH APARTMENT/TENANT IS ENTITLED TO 1 ROTATING SPACE. 8 - VISITORS AND PETS: WE DO NOT ACCEPT VISITORS TO GUESTS ON THE INN'S PREMISES AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. 9 - WI-FI NETWORK: POUSADA PORTAL DO PASSO PASSWORD: jb569740 NOTE: OUR NETWORK IS WIRELESS, DOMESTIC AND SIGNAL QUALITY IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF SIMULTANEOUS USERS LOGGED INTO THE NETWORK. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE FOR GAMING, MOVIES, AND HOMEWORK.
