We rent our house to you for a relaxing stay at the gates of La Rochelle. Our spacious single-story home has all the comforts of a family home while retaining the charm of the stones. Sleeping area with 2 children's bedrooms and a master bedroom with shower, quality bedding. Renovated bathroom. Equipped kitchen and sunny veranda for your meals. Enclosed garden with code gate, secure swimming pool, many games. Perfectly suited for families with kids The space Our house is a nest of happiness at the gates of La Rochelle. Spacious, it consists of three small bedrooms (2 children's bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with 160 cm bed and shower room) and a spacious game room on the opposite side. Behind the living room with exposed stone, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer) and a veranda for your lunches in the sun or dinners overlooking the pool. A small family bathroom is accessible with bathtub and double sink Outside, enjoy a beautiful enclosed garden, shaded by pretty trees, with children's games and a secure south-facing swimming pool. We have been living here since last summer and have spent a lot of time renovating this place to make it a place of relaxation and cocooning, in our image. Our house will gladly accommodate a family of two adults and two children with all the necessities for children. At the crossroads between countryside and coastline, you can discover the beauties of the Charente Maritime. 15 min from downtown La Rochelle and its arcades, its old port, 20 min from the Île de Ré bridge for a nice day by bike, 20 min from the pier for Île d'Aix, 20 min from the beautiful beaches of Chatelaillon. Come and enjoy the off-season treats, it's just as pretty! Guest access We leave our personal home to guests in a quiet and family-friendly setting. No parties or evening events will be tolerated.
