Spacious & Luxurious Gem: Walk to Trains ~ Garden!
Description
This is a large 6/7 bedroom 4 bathrooms/WC house with 3 large living areas. We have also large garden. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. The train station is 10 minutes walk away with frequent trains to all over London (you can use contactless). You can be in London Bridge in under 25 minutes. We love welcoming guests and are looking for respectful and considerate people. We DO NOT allow parties. Dinner events and shoots are welcome. The space PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: We strictly do not allow parties (this is excessive alcohol, noise, DJs, drug use etc). We are happy to have people celebrating birthday, baby showers etc. We have external cameras to monitor the property at all times. We have the right to request ID from guests. The number of guests entering the property (not JUST sleeping over) must be correctly stated at the time of booking. Please note if the guests break any of the requirements, their stay will be cancelled with immediate effect and they will be asked to leave the premise and fined. This is in accordance with Airbnb rules. NO PETS, there are some exceptions with certain animals. Please confirm IN ADVANCE. Extra cleaning chargers may apply. We don't offer monthly or weekly discounts for summer months and holiday periods including Christmas, New years and Easter (unfortunately we can't modify that automatically). 1st floor Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There is coffee, tea, spices, olive oil etc. There are utensils, plates and other crockery. There is also a mixer, blender etc. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and a large American fridge freezer. Dining Area Consists of a large dining table with seats up to 8, with additional seating available. Sitting area and rooms We have a large sitting area with a huge Loaf sofa in the main room, but also 2 additional living rooms. 6/7Bedrooms All stocked with bed linen and towels. There is also hair dryers etc. Please let us know if you require a baby cot set up in advance. 3-4 Bathrooms and WC Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Let us know if you need anything else and we will be happy to help. There is a large supermarket 1 minute walk away, which is very convenient. There is also parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway. Guest access The guests have access to the whole house, you will not be sharing any area. The house is located 10 mins walk from Sidcup station. There are trains to London Bridge which take about 20 mins, so you can get to central London within 30 mins or so. There is a high street less than 5 minutes away with lots of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away from the house. Other things to note Please note we are looking for respectful guests only, that are considerate of our neighbours. Strictly no parties. No loud gathering in the garden or driveway after 10pm. We don't allow single night bookings for certain periods. Correct number of guests entering the property (regardless of whether staying overnight or not) must be stated. Please note we may have certain areas closed to guests, such as pantry, garage and bathrooms. We use them for storage. You will still have access to a minimum of 6 bedrooms and 3/4 bathroom and WCs.
