Possibility to rent a 14' boat with 9.9hp engine. The space The annex is located on the same property as the owner's home, but one has its own sheltered yard and outdoor areas. Large open living room and kitchen. Kitchen from HTH with integrated appliances from Siemens and all necessary kitchenware. Tiled bathroom with rain shower. Washer and dryer. 2 large bedrooms; a master with double bed (150x200), a family room with family bed (150x200 + 90x200) and cot if needed. Spacious hall and a small storage room. There is a desk and office chair available, which makes the place well suited as a home office. Guest access The place is quiet, at the very end of a street in a small housing estate. Private terrace. Parking for 2 cars in own yard. Possibility of charging an electric car for a fee (16A outlet). Walkway directly from the annex to the sea (150m), here there is a marina and beach. Other things to note It is 4 km to the nearest center with shops, cafe, bank, hairdresser, doctor, school and kindergarten, here there is a lighted walk and bike path all the way. It is about 30 minutes by car to Haugesund, less than 2 hours to Stavanger and 2.5 hours to Bergen.
