Excellent apartment for up to 4 people with 6 rooms and 70 m2, with 2 bedrooms, two living rooms, 1 small American-style kitchen, bar type, 1 full bathroom with shower between Av. Pacaembu and Av. Sumaré, near Pacaembu Stadium and Palestra Itália (Allianz Park). Close to excellent restaurants. Close to Puc and FAAP, Paulista Avenue and Pinheiros neighborhood. Ideal for those who go on business and need a place to receive clients and hold meetings. The space Guest-only space with separate, independent entrance. The kitchen is tiny, bar style (American) not suitable for meals, but enough for small warm-ups. Guest access The entire 70 m2 space is for guest use only Other things to note Guests must obey the Law of Silence and not leave loud sound equipment on. Our employee will be available for 2 (two) hours a day, and there will be an additional, mandatory fee of $100.00 per day. Eventually, and subject to consultation at the time of booking, guests will be able to use the full kitchen and other shared areas in the main body of the house. The garage is not established and will be designated by management. Bed and bath linens are changed weekly. Additional guest to 04 (four) has a daily cost of $100 per day.
