My name is Arianna, I am Giancarlo's daughter, and I am ready to welcome you to our Newly built penthouse, very central to reach the most beautiful beaches of Lake Como (4 km) and Novate Mezzola (4 km) as well as the tourist resorts of Valtellina, Valchiavenna and Canton Grigioni (CH). Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large open space (living room and kitchen) and large equipped panoramic terrace. Washing machine, BBQ, Wi-Fi and parking space available. The space Newly built stately building. Two floors in total. On the second floor, throughout its entire surface, we have the Bella Vista penthouse. At the entrance, in addition to a coat rack and shoe rack, we have access to the first full bathroom, also equipped with a washing machine. On the left is the large open space consisting of a dining area and a living area; the kitchen is fully equipped and has an extendable table; the living area includes a TV cabinet, Smart TV, large peninsula sofa bed with coffee table and direct access to the balcony. The sleeping area includes two large bedrooms equipped with slatted beds, 4 and 6-door wardrobes, bedside tables and dressers. In the sleeping area, we have a second very spacious full bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. For the little ones, we have a bed rail, a crib with rails, a changing table, a bottle warmer, plastic cutlery and plates, a high chair, and a baby bath. New for 2022 Air Conditioning: to ensure an even better stay for our guests we have prepared two air conditioners, the first in the large open space, the second in the double bedroom. The use of air conditioning is subject to a payment of €10/day, to be paid ONLY in case of use, at check-in or during your stay if you wish. Guest access Guests can park freely on the side of the building where there is a sign indicating the parking lot. Guests with multiple cars must notify the Host. The entrance to the building is on the opposite side of the parking lot, accessed by passing in front of the garage sections. Other things to note New for 2022: In order to make your stay more pleasant, we have installed two central air conditioners, the first in the large open space and the second in the double bedroom. The use of air conditioners is subject to a payment of €10/day; payment must be made at check-in only if used. In application of the MiTe Decree 0000383- October 6, 2022 in implementation of the "Plan to reduce natural gas consumption" the heaters will be accessed from October 22, 2022 until April 7, 2023 for 13 hours a day. The maximum temperature allowed is 20 degrees (with a tolerance of 2 degrees). By authorization granted, Attico Bella Vista can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, including children and infants. At check-in, a lease agreement will be signed containing the same information as in the reserved area of the booking (guest data, number of guests, check-in and check-out day, price, house rules, etc.); according to the provisions of Italian law, the contract is mandatory.
