If you stay in this spacious accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact very close: the city center, for wine tasting and hiking the Wachau and the Traisental in the north, the city of Vienna (20 min by train!), the Voralpen in the south for hiking, the city of Melk and of course the local recreation area Viehofner Seen.
