I am renting 1 bedroom on this listing but there is 2 rooms located on the 2nd floor of the house there is a possibility there might be other guests at the time of your stay, Guests will have access to a shared bathroom- as well as have access to the entire house such as kitchen, laundry located downstairs, and the backyard. I have a Keurig coffee maker & plenty of coffee located In the kitchen guests are more than welcome to help themselves to whatever I have in the fridge or cupboards as I most likely will not be home when they awake in the morning. I should also let you know I have a cat, her name is Ruby- she typically enjoys the outdoors during the day in the summer months but during the winter she spends more time in the house. Hope this will not be a problem, she is an independent cat and will not bother your stay. However if you are an animal lover she will be an added joy.
