Tucano is a cozy, colorful and bright apartment in a historic building completely renovated to make the dream of living in Santa Teresa come true, the oldest neighborhood in Rio De Janeiro, a few steps from the city center. The property has a private garden and is located in Rua Pinto Martins 35, a very quiet pedestrian street with private access, closed at night and overlooking the "Escadaria Selaron" staircase. The space The Tucano apartment consists of a bedroom with two double small bed ( 195x80), that can be joined together, a 32''LED TV, a well-equipped kitchenette with a table and chairs, a bathroom with a spacious shower, hot and cold water, internet wifi and A/C. The fast WiFi is perfect for "Digital Nomad"allows you to work remotely . Guests can access the large terrace where they can admire one of the best views of the city, the cathedral of Sao Sebastiano, the Arco di Lapa, (the pulsating district of the city's nightlife) and one of the most famous symbols of the city: the Pao de Acucar. It is also possible to enjoy the space outside the house where lushious plants and flowers grow. Even small macaques and goldfinches will make some happy visits Guest access Guests have at their disposal all the external areas of the property: garden, terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a laundry area with a hot water washing machine (not common in Brazil!!) and a comfortable outdoor clothesline (however, I recommend using the clothesline under the roof if you need to hang out something dear to you: the nature around us sometimes it leaves unpleasant memories!!!
