This is a private room with your own full bathroom in our 1870 Colonial Farmhouse. You will have your own separate entrance so you can come and go as you please! Within 2 miles to the highway, 20 miles to Boston, 40 miles to Cape Cod, 50 miles to Providence. The space The room has a queen size bed, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, smart tv and AC. All linens provided as well. Please note, this is an old house with steep stairs, the room is located on the second floor. Also, the bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower, may be difficult to get in and out of for some guests. Guest access You will have your own separate access to your room and access to utilize our beautiful outdoor decks. Plenty of off street parking. During your stay We will be as helpful as you need, available for questions, or leave you to your own privacy.
