A new cozy house made of eco-friendly materials. It is located on the first coastline of the river Kumsa river, all the city infrastructure is within a walking distance. The house is divided into 2 parts. Each part has a separate entrance to the house and access to the terrace. At your disposal is a part of the house consisting of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room (equipped with all the necessary modern household appliances and utensils), a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
