A quiet getaway in the country NO CLEANING FEE Centrally located to many attractions. 10 minutes from Hobbiton, 5 minutes from Lake Karapiro, 15 minutes from Cambridge, 25 minutes to Mystery Creek. Taupo, Rotorua, and both coasts all an easy day trip. We include tea, coffee and milk along with homemade muffins, but don't supply breakfast. The nearest cafe is Shires rest at Hobbiton movie set or there are many in Cambridge and Matamata The space Unfortunately we can't provide wifi, out here in the countryside we are unable to access fibre and the internet we do get is very slow and unreliable. Cellphone reception is available with Spark and Vodafone The sofa bed is suitable for children or small adults and will be made up on request. If you would like a later check out please ask. Other things to note WE DON'T ALLOW EV CHARGING. Please charge your vehicles before arriving. Dogs are welcome and must be vaccinated, please bring your vaccination certificates as proof. We would also like to know in advance the breed, sex and nature of your fur baby. PLEASE DON'T LEAVE DOGS ALONE IN THE UNIT, if you can't take them with you for any reason please contact me and we can work something out.
