Standards Respect the Law of Silence, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; • Do not rearrange the furniture in the residence; • Use of sound inside the residence cannot, at any time, be at high volume; • Smoking is prohibited inside the residence; In the residence and in the common areas of the condominium it will not be allowed any use of narcotic or illicit substances; • Turn off the air-conditioning, television and lights when not in the residence (if this happens, R$ 50 will be charged); • Do not jump or step on the double bed, two beds and sofa; • Pets are allowed to stay in the property, with the tenant being responsible for their hygiene and for any damage that the animal may cause in the property; Pets are prohibited from circulating without a leash and unaccompanied, through the external area of the condominium; Pets are prohibited in the pool and playground area; • Inviting people who are not guests to the condominium or residence premises is prohibited; • If bed and bath linens are used, I ask that you not use them after dyeing your hair or using waterproof makeup. If there is damage to the clothes, the amount of R$ 50 (value per damaged piece) will be charged; • Upon departure, it is required to return the residence and bed and bath linens (if used) in the same conditions as when you arrived; • The pool is shared. • Pool hours: 9 am to 5 pm 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (summer only). • The pool may be closed during operating hours if there is a danger in using it (for example, lightning); • Unaccompanied children are not allowed in the pool; • The consumption of food and beverages inside the pool is prohibited; • Use of sound or other electronic equipment in the common areas (swimming pools, parking, playground, among others) will be released upon authorization of the person in charge of the condominium; • Automotive stereo and large portable stereo, prohibited at any time; • Children's Playground: 9 am to 9 pm.
