Near local malls/metro and corporate offices in Tysons Corner. This large space has two private bathrooms, a separate office, and FiOS high speed internet. Our residence is in a private neighborhood and want to ensure the continued success of hosting for our guests. The space includes over 2,000 square feet and the property is a mere 3 minute drive from Tysons Corner, which is home to many established businesses and two exquisite malls. Additionally, the new silver line metro rail is about a 20 - 25 minute walk and provides access to numerous other locations around Washington DC. The bedroom is large with an excellent view of the forest behind the property and is accessible through a private keyless entrance. There is one full bathroom and another 3/4 bathroom with a shower. The office is a large separate space with several long desks to work comfortably. The kitchen has all appliances except for a stove. We have hotplates guests are able to use instead, along with provided kitchenware. In the living area, there are pool & foosball tables along with plenty of space to relax after a long day. Also available to all guests are the outdoor amenities. The patio with awnings is great to sit out in the summertime. The fire pit is also available for use, however we request that you purchase your own firewood and let us know before using. If more space is needed, we have another listing that includes all spaces in this listing, and an additional upstairs private mother-in-law suite, accessible from the stairs up from the patio, with a separate keyless entry. No smoking is allowed inside or within 20 feet of the property. Access is through rear of the property, down a stone walkway off of the driveway where we provide off-street parking. The guest will receive a key code to the french door entrance provided by the host. This is a very safe neighborhood with beautiful scenery to enjoy. There is a small park in the center of the neighborhood. If you're a runner or biker, Great Falls Park, Tyson's Corner malls, and the W&OD trails are not far away. We try to provide off-street parking for all of our guests, as available. The new silver line metro is a 20 - 25 minute walk away, which provides access to downtown Washington DC and the metropolitan area (DMV). Uber and Lyft are available in Northern Virginia as well. We prefer to host those in town for work or looking for a place to live for extended periods of time. There is no stove, there is a hotplate you are able to use under the ventilation. There is no TV service, however there are ChromeCasts on each TV with multiple streaming services available.
