The space The apartment has a large balcony which gets the sun from first thing in the morning until after 6pm in the evening during the summer months. The views are stunning, there's plenty space for outdoor dining and sunbathing, an awning for shade during the day and lighting for sitting outdoors in the evening. Inside there's an open plan kitchen/ dining area with a dining table which accommodates 6 people, a 3 seater sofa, armchair, flatscreen tv with English and European language tv, a DVDs player. Wifi is available (included in the price). The bedrooms have built in wardrobes and plenty of storage. Newly renovated kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, electric induction hob, fridge and microwave. Shower room and WC. Private secure garage beneath apartment - there us NO electric charging. To get to the apartment you need to walk up a flight of steps so may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Groups of youths are not accepted. Guest access There is a local bus which runs into Roses during the summer months. Parking in Canyelles can be difficult so the private garage is very handy. Other things to note If ordered in advance, we can provide the following items for hire: 2 bedsheets and 1 pillowcase at 5€ per person. 2 towels per person at 5€ per person. The amount to be left in cash on dining table on the day of departure.
