Perequê Mirim - House on the Sand

In this space you will be in paradise. A fascinating place, you will have your feet in the sand, surrounded by nature, wake up to the birdsong and sleep to the sound of the waves. Ideal for enjoying and relaxing. House with two en-suites, one bedroom, bathrooms, large TV room, dining room, balconies. There are several stairs, so we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility. It has air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, all kitchen utensils, washing machine! Lots of nature and comfort! The space House in a gated community, full of birds, with the gate to the sand of Perequê Mirim beach. Simply beautiful place. Other things to note You can walk to two other beaches. You won't need to take the car out of the garage. From Perequê Mirim Beach there is a beautiful trail to Santa Rita Beach or a short walk to Enseada Beach.
