Private Riverfront Home 5 Min to DT Alliant and UW

Location can't be beat-5 minutes to Alliant Energy Center, downtown and UW-Madison. Private deck overlooking the Yahara River off of the living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs, along with the full bathroom with tub. Half bath on the main level, spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen. This entire unit is yours to enjoy! There are 2 new queen beds, the couch pulls out into a queen size bed, which also a memory foam mattress. We are dog friendly, but please read the requirements below. The space Come enjoy a peaceful stay in Monona, tucked near Madison's eclectic east side and downtown. The home is one side of the duplex, but the entire unit pictured is private, for just your stay! The space is 1500 square feet, with the living room, dining area, kitchen and private deck all on the main floor. There is a 60 inch 4k smart TV with a couch and love seat to enjoy relaxing downstairs. The upstairs has two separate spacious bedrooms, both with matching queen bed sets and Allswell Hybrid Queen mattress'. Both bedrooms have their own closets and nightstands on each side of the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials needed for a home cooked meal. The washer and dryer are located between the two bedrooms upstairs. This can be utilized by guests that are staying for more than a week, but we ask for it not be used for shorter stays. The full bathroom upstairs was just updated with a double vanity, new tile and a full tub and shower. Tons of natural light fills this unit and it is the perfect place to call home while visiting the Madison area. Specifically, it is one of the closest Airbnb's to the Alliant Energy Center; less than a 5 minute drive! If you’re looking to explore downtown or UW-Madison this home is very close by. It is also right on the Lake Monona bike loop to take in the city on a ride. You can head out either direction around the lake and you will be downtown, on the other side of the lake in about 6 miles. The property has a strict no smoking and drug policy. There is absolutely no smoking on the premises. No parties allowed and respect quiet hours starting at 9 p.m. We are dog friendly, but please read the requirements in Other Details to Note prior to booking. *Please refrain from walking or crossing onto the neighbor's property. We kindly ask that you utilize the property's driveway and sidewalk. Guest access The entire unit is for you to use! Full kitchen, deck, and two parking spaces. You have full privacy on your side of the home. There is an additional boat slip on the pier for guests to use if they are bringing a boat. Please give a heads up when booking if you plan to use the boat slip. We do not allow guests to use the wood burning fire place for liability reasons. Sorry for the inconvenience. Other things to note Our TV in the living room has an antenna for all local news stations. You also can utilize your personal accounts for Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO MAX and any other subscriptions you may have. Our home is pet friendly. We do have a pet fee of $150 which includes the ability to bring one dog. All dogs must be 100% potty trained, kenneled while guests are not at the house and not allowed onto furniture. Guests agree to be responsible for any damage caused by their dog, including but not limited to, tears, stains, scratches, damage to linens, floors, walls, or trim. We require that all dog poop be picked up in the yard asap or at minimum, before checking out. Our yard is not fenced in, but there are many parks nearby. Additionally, there is a large dog park just a short drive away that our fur visitors have enjoyed! We don't want to deter you from bringing your pup. We love animals and have had amazing experiences hosting fur friends, but unfortunately, have had the opposite experience with some as well. We provide dog bowls, leash, and a few toys in case you traveled without. Absolutely no parties and quiet hours at 9pm.
