Chalet lies about 10 minutes by car from the well known Ski resort Höchkonig with more than 120 km of pistes. The space Chalet with a usable area of ​​179m2 is suitable for up to 8 people. In front of the Chalet you will find 2 parking spots. On the upper floor you will find a living room, a toilet, a separate ski room with a ski boot dryer, a fully equipped kitchen including unlimited coffee beans and tea, a dining table, two large comfortable sofas, a wide-screen TV with Netflix or fireplace which makes the atmosphere even more cozy. There is also a large, spacious terrace where you can enjoy long sunny days. You will also find a grill Weber and proper grill equipment here. Do you want to challenge someone? Challenge your friends and play a table football in the lounge area! On the lower floor you will find 3 separate bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a large king-size bed 180x200 cm and 1 bedroom has 4 single beds 90x200 cm. All bedrooms have a widescreen TV, storage spaces and a separate entrance to the terrace. You will also find two bathrooms. 1 bathroom is equipped with a shower corner and the other one is equipped with a shower corner and a bathtub. In the second bathroom, you will also find a sauna, which you can use unlimitedly for free. Great place for a relax after a long day. Bed linen and towels are included the price and will be ready for your arrival. Guest access The entire Chalet, the entire space, is available to guests during the rental period without restrictions. There are 2 parking spots for your cars directly in front of the entrance of the Chalet. In case of heavy snowfall, you may need snow chains to reach the Chalet by car for the last 100m. Please be prepared. The road to the chalet is maintained and cleared of snow daily.
