Description

Charming, two-story apartment with attic bedroom, lovingly decorated with parquet flooring, all kinds of pictures and partly antique furniture. The lower floor is on the first floor and accessible by an external staircase. On the lower floor there is a living room, kitchen and a second toilet. Through an internal staircase you go up to the bedroom/office and bathroom/shower. Nearby are: Landshut, Dingolfing, Ohu, Straubing, Landau The space The stairs to the attic bedroom are relatively steep and therefore not suitable for everyone! Guest access The apartment is fully accessible to our guests, and only to our guests. Other things to note Essenbach is a beautiful starting point to explore the nearby Laabertal, visit the Mallersdorf Monastery, or take a trip to the Bavarian Forest or Munich. The Lower Bavarian metropolises of Straubing, Deggendorf, Passau and Regensburg in the Upper Palatinate are all within an hour's drive. Not to forget: the main attraction: the picturesque medieval capital of Lower Bavaria, namely Landshut: this wonderful spot on earth literally invites you to stroll along the Isaru banks, to individual shopping in the many small shops and boutiques. Various fine restaurants (e.g. the Rauchensteiner on the Mühleninsel) and wine bars (e.g. Paolo's wine bar in the old town) are super nice spots for dining and socializing... the old town, the Trausnitz Castle with a great bar and magnificent views, the Martinskirche (the highest brick tower in the world!)Residence, Hercules Hall, Salt Barn, etc. There is definitely a lot to see in the Gothic city!
