Fishing is steps away. Spend relaxing meditative moments with the one you love. Newly renovated, with fully equipped granite top kitchen, custom travertine shower. $150.00 PET FEE The space YOUR UNIT HAS BEEN CLEANED WITH BLEACH EVERYTHING FROM PILLOWS, MATTRESS PADS, DOOR KNOBS, LIGHT SWITCHES, AND ALL SURFACES. The location is very private and yet conveniently located to all of the popular night spots, along with all of the festivities that Treasure Island is known. About less than 3/4 of a mile south of Johns Pass. This location is located across the street from the beach on the intercoastal side. The picture of the beach is a picture of the beach across the street. Other things to note I have a $150 pet fee. If the dog is small I can lower it a bit depending on the dog. This fee is paid to me upon arival
