It’s next to Bangkok Hospital, room size 28 sqm., 1 bed, 1 bathroom, next to Bangkok Hospital Soi Research Center Plus. The project also has the same level of security as a hotel. A wifi internet is available. Easy to find food near shops, restaurants in Bangkok Hospital open 24 hours a day, whether it is Mc Donald, Starbucks Coffee, Fuji, 7/11 and many more. Guest access Guests will have full access to my room. Other things to note - Please note per Thai Immigration Regulation, I need to report of foreigners’ stay in my property, therefore, before or at least upon check-in, please send us copies of passports, departure card (TM 6 form you will receive at the Immigration), and entry/visa stamp in your passport book. All guests who are staying at my property are required to submit these documents. Your passport information will be used for security purposes only. I have a full right to deny your check-in without any refund if you do not comply on this. - As this is a residential area, please be respectful and mindful of other residents. - Please also note this is my own residence and is NOT a hotel. You are renting my room with amenities provided without any refill and no hotel-like service will be provided. - Our team manages this listing remotely including self check-in/check-out. Therefore, we might not be able to show up immediately upon your request in case of emergency but we will try our best to address your concern/problem. Please do not contact any residences and building staff unless I tell you to. - Daily room rental in an apartment/condominium is a controversial issue here in Thailand. If by any chance, you see the sign of no daily rental at the building, please no need to worry and ignore the sign. No one can stop you from getting inside IF you provide me with the passport and other related information I request for as I comply with the immigration law by reporting all foreigners’ stays in my property.
