Enjoy garden furniture and sun loungers, and make use of the table tennis table and barbecue area. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms and the bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, WC, and washing machine. The bedrooms include a double bed room and a twin room with bunk beds. Additionally, a sofa bed in the living area accommodates extra guests. The exposed beam ceiling adds a cozy, rustic charm. Utilities such as electricity and water are included in the rental price, and bed linens and towels are provided. Gas costs are paid locally and are not included. The house comfortably accommodates 4–5 guests. The large garden is shared with guests of Fausta Monte, offering plenty of space for relaxation and fun. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to Rustico Fausta Lago, including the living kitchen, two bedrooms, and bathroom. In addition, a private garden area, covered terrace with garden furniture, two sun loungers, a barbecue, and a covered garage parking space are available for your use. The large play area with a table tennis table is shared with guests from Casa Fausta Monte. Other things to note Fausta charges gas costs and, if applicable, the final cleaning fee on-site, if not included in the rental price. This is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Lake Como.
