A wonderfully calm and unique space on the 3rd floor of our modern townhouse. This is a light and spacious double room with two skylight windows and electric blinds, a large desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Adjacent to a large bathroom with walk in shower, bath and toilet. Access to shared utility room (ground floor) and kitchen (1st floor). The house is 5 minutes from the centre of Chorlton, the bars and shops of Beech Road and the tranquility of Chorlton Meadows. The space Ours is a warm, friendly and comfortable home. Because it is spread over four floors there is a lovely feeling of space moving around the house. Guest access Guests can have access to the shared kitchen (1st floor), the bathroom/ shower room (3rd floor) and the utility room (ground floor). During your stay Happy to communicate through text or email. My work is home based and quite flexible. Like to give guests their privacy whilst still being around to help with anything if needs be. Other things to note Other residents in the house are my husband (we have an en suite) and a lodger (who also has an en suite). We also have a guest in our self-contained studio apartment on the ground floor. As it's our family home we also may have friends or family staying occasionally. We have a lovely friendly cat who generally likes to hang out indoors most of the time. There is free parking available on the left as you come in to the cul de sac.
