New very comfortable furnishings, a spacious gathering area, 2 large bathrooms, laundry room & a furnished white kitchen will all be appreciated. Yet, historic charm remains. You will soon see why the entire building has won multiple awards. Come see why US Today awarded Madison “ Best Small Town in the Midwest”. The space This apartment is not a shared space but is for your exclusive use while staying. The 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 spacious baths offer luxury linens and bath products. There is an adjacent separate area in the entrance foyer with the second restroom and laundry area that you may also use. It’s a great space to unload your car and store your extra things. This outer hallway may be occasionally used by me or my husband if we are working in the garage area but it is separate from the apartment (just outside your French doors). I will advise you if we need to come into that area (although it is very seldom.) Guest access The entire private apt is yours to enjoy. You will be given a keypad code before you arrive so you can check in easily. Other things to note This historic building originally was the city stable in circa 1886. It’s now a blend of barnwood contemporary and vintage charm And, just as other guests, you will love our best downtown ! We’re steps away from the river, all the festivals, the music, coffee shops, eateries,and shopping, all right around the corner on Main street ! New renovations, spacious rooms, many TVs and comfortable furnishings will leave you wanting to stay longer.
