The space This is a very lovely location and very quiet neighborhood. Your bedroom is peaceful and quiet with a queen bed. Desk and Smart tv with local tv channels or connect to your favorite app such as Netflix or Amazon TV. Plenty of free parking space. 10 minutes walk to and from bus stop. From bus stopped to University of Oregon only 15 minutes and downtown Eugene and Springfield!! Guest access You have access to Bedroom 1, Kitchen, Dining area, Living Area, Backyard, and Front yard. Parking is available for you in the Driveway on the street in front of the home.
