To accommodate small, medium and large groups, our LISTING charges an extra fee per GUEST/NIGHT from the 6th GUEST, in the amount of R$118.00 guest/night. DayUse in the amount of R$118 per visitor. ENXOVAL DE BATH, with a small extra fee (R$35.00) per kit with 1 bath towel and 1 face per guest/period . We leave face and floor towel in each bathroom at no charge. IN THE AUTUMN WINTER THE HEATING FEE IS MANDATORY BECAUSE WE DO NOT TURN OFF THE HEATER. PRIMAVERA SUMMER THE FEE IS OPTIONAL. It is 6 dormitories being: CASA SEDE: • SPA Dormitory: 1 Queen bed, professional massage stretcher, Ofurô, electric cellar, tv, ecological fireplace and balcony overlooking the pool and green area. - 3 bedrooms, each with: 1 double bed and a single box bed, with the possibility of 1 extra single mattress (if the group is larger than 16 people). IN THE MEZZANINE OF THE HEADQUARTERS HOUSE: - 1 bedroom with: 1 bespoke bed with size of 3 single mattresses. This dormitory was created, inspired by the drawings of the Scooby-Doo (cartoon) and so it is accessed by a rack door, which mimics a secret passageway. NA EDICULE: 1 bedroom with: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. In addition, we have a delicious spa with jacuzzi and sauna, a delicious heated pool, game room with foosball, ping-pong and pool table.
