The space This is a true home-away-from-home, where you can simply arrive, sit back, and relax. Multiple family living spaces, a separate home theatre and two dedicated office spaces complete this modern four-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom escape in Salt Village, Kingscliff. Your fully equipped, central kitchen boasts an expansive island bench (because we all know the best parties happen in the kitchen!) and flows out to the luxurious poolside entertaining area which includes a Weber Family-Q BBQ and relaxing poolside cabana. Serene master bedroom includes luxury linens, a huge walk-in robe, fluffy Sheridan robes, fully appointed ensuite with a deep bath for long lazy soaks. Three additional light and airy bedrooms, each with their own built-in robes. Sublime Himalayan salt pool, mature gardens, synthetic lawn. Zoned, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep the perfect temperature. Chipping & putting mini-golf on the fully fenced side lawn. 100m walk to Salt beach / 750m walk to Salt Village. This prominent address is only a short stroll to Salt Village conveniences, boutiques, gourmet eateries, parks, cycle and walking paths as well as Salt patrolled beach. Super fast WiFi will enable streaming from all of the three smart TVs in the three separate lounge areas. If you can drag yourself away from all the other relaxing amenities, then you can make use of our upstairs office or downstairs office nook. The upstairs office is set up for you to simply plug in your device and you’re instantly connected to the widescreen monitor, keyboard, mouse, microphone and webcam. Guests will have private access to the entire home and will not share the space with anyone else. We have attempted to anticipate your every need in providing you with all amenities, plus many more extras that will create a magical, indulgent and worry-free holiday. Some of the included extras you’ll enjoy are: Cruiser bikes and helmets for the whole family, so you can take advantage of the beautifully maintained cycling paths that are off the road all the way from Tweed Heads to Pottsville. You’ll pass through dappled sunlight and over beach-side boardwalks, with the sounds of waves crashing and feeling the refreshing sea breezes. We also have a baby seat attachment so bubba can come along for a ride. The cargo trailer that hooks up to a bike means you can leave the car behind and collect your groceries, or pack a picnic for a longer bike ride. We have boogie boards and surfboards so you can take on the waves. Luxurious beach towels are supplied, allowing you to pack light and laze away by the pool or at the beach, or use the picnic blanket or the beach chairs and umbrellas. Bringing the littlies? We have a portacot, cot sheets and blankets, a high chair, baby safety gear including baby gates for the top and bottom of the stairs, door stops so little fingers don’t get jammed, power outlet plugs, and corner guards for the benches. Tote bags are waiting to help carry treasures found on the morning seashell gathering expeditions… and of course buckets and spades for sandcastle creations. Complimentary shared shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion for the basics, but also Magnesium Bath Salts, bath bombs, fragrant candles and a bath pillow. Soft and fluffy Sheridan toweling robes are waiting to slip into after your bath. If you’re going out to enjoy any of the local gourmet restaurants you can transform your beach hair with our hair dryer and straightener. Breakfast and dinner starter packs are provided so you can arrive empty handed and feed hungry mouths. An Expressi (ALDI) branded coffee machine and a 10 pack of coffee, as well as many options for tea, so you can take your morning brew in our reusable travel cups on your first morning explore to the beach. Raining? Too hot in the middle of the day? Want to cosy up inside? We have fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. Want to unplug? There are several board games - some old favourites and some new cheeky ones, books, crosswords and puzzles, colouring and craft for the kids and loads of toys for all ages. Want to plug in? The upstairs retreat has a PlayStation 4 and a bunch of games for the kids (and also the big kids). Need to work? Our fully kitted-out home office space means you just plug in your laptop, and you're ready to work. Feel like cooking up a storm?
