The very sunny, air-conditioned and modern furnished apartment with balcony is located on the 2nd floor in an unobstructed lake location and was completely renovated in the spring of 2022. Up to 4 people can also enjoy longer stays in two separate bedrooms. Note: the neighboring site will be newly built by March 2027! The space All rooms are very bright and completely newly furnished. The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2022 (new floor, windows, walls, bathroom and kitchen). On request, we will provide a workplace (workplace table and additional chair) free of charge - please register in advance! Guest access An assigned parking space is available at the house. The apartment door is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via wide stairs. Other things to note The Lake Constance district charges a mandatory tourist tax per person, which is included in the price (see tax). In return, after submitting their personal data, guests receive the digital "Echt Bodensee Card" as access to many cultural and leisure activities, as well as free use of bus and train in the Lake Constance-Oberschwaben network area. When booking for up to two people, the second bedroom is not accessible. On request, this can be booked for an additional €15 per day. Please register in advance.
