Villa Semtala is located near Cibodas Botanical Garden. Villa Semtala Property rented out 2 villas, Villa Sembagi & Villa Arutala. This is a family's villa and was built around 15 years ago by our family. There is a connecting bridge and a pool between the 2 villas. Both villas have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with kitchen and multipurpose area in the first floor. This place is perfect for family or friend gathering (max 35 people). Celebrate your events with your loved ones here <3 The space Villa Semtala is a gated property and in this place, we have 2 big, traditional, wooden villas, 1 multipurpose hall, pool, and 1 small house (where me and my dog live), and 1 housekeeper house. We have a very big backyard and you can see the beautiful mountain view from the villa. This place that you will stay in is called Villa Sembagi (left) and Arutala (right) It's almost 90% made of natural materials such as wood, bricks, and stones. We supply bed linen, pillow, and blanket. We do not have TV and hot water in here. For this listing, we can accommodate up to 35 people. But please do let us know in advance the exact number of people and whether you need additional extra beds (Rp50.000/bed) so we can prepare it for you. Our location is very close to Cibodas Botanical Garden and National Park Gunung Gede Pangrango where you can visit those places (I highly recommend!) During springtime, if you're lucky, you can see Sakura (yes, you hear me right) in Cibodas Botanical Garden. Guest access You can access this place with your own personal transportation such as car, small bus or motorbike. You will have access to the pool, multipurpose hall, pantry, and large backyard area. Other things to note Check-in is from 3.00 pm and Check-Out is at the latest by 12.00 pm. Early arrival, late departure, and luggage storage may be possible by prior arrangement only. This is not always possible so please contact us in advance. On departure please check you have all of your belongings.
