Cortijo Rizao Rural House

Cortijo Rizao is an Andalusian rural house located in the beautiful town of Nigüelas, the star of the Lecrín Valley. An ideal location close to all the tourist attractions of the province of Granada: Half an hour by car from Granada, the Costa Tropical, the Sierra Nevada and the Alpujarra. We lovingly take care of every corner and every detail of the house to create a cozy atmosphere and make our guests feel at home. Two of them have a double bed while the other has two single beds. The house also has a bathroom with a shower, a living-dining room and a kitchen with an American bar. At the entrance of the house there is a porch surrounded by flowers that make up the perfect environment for lunch or dinner outdoors. Outside we find a toilet, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a garden area with hammocks and loungers. An ideal space to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends. The owners of the house live next door, in an independent house, so they would only share with the tenants the driveway to the parking lot and the parking lot itself. Guest access Guests will have access to the pool privately, it is not shared. Like all accommodation, it is for the use and enjoyment of guests only.
