Our light and cosy loft lies at the crossing of the charming neighborhoods of Belleville/Menilmontant/Jourdain and one block away from the Parc de Belleville with one of the best views of Paris. The metro L11 brings you straight to Châtelet in the heart of Paris. Artisan shops, cool cafés and restaurants, local produce shops, great bakeries, and wine shops make for a great place to immerse yourself in the Parisian way of life. Great playgrounds make this the perfect place for a family with kids. The space Our space has a large living space comprised of kitchen, dining table that seats 8, a living area with 2 sofas (1 of them sofa bed). Our space has a private entrance accessible from the back terrace of the first building. Our small private terrace has a table and 4 chairs for a breakfast or coffee in the morning sunshine. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed upstairs and 1 double/2 singles adaptable bed downstairs) plus the double sofa bed in the living area allows to host 6 guests. A baby bed for a baby/toddler is in the downstairs bedroom, and a sturdy travel bed can be set up in the living room if you would like. 2 bathrooms (1 shower + 1 bath and shower) finish out the space. Guest access We have a private entrance through a wooden gate in the courtyard to our private terrace. Parking is not possible on our narrow street, the plus side is it is not noisy ; ) Parking can be done on the rue des Couronnes around the block which also has a payment machine. Otherwise we recommend booking parking in a nearby garage through an online service, which will be cheaper. Other things to note We have a security camera outside the apartment on the terrace covering the gate and front door, which is only activated by movement.
